The Register of Copyrights shall issue regulations to los video clip mas sexis out the video clip tres mas dos of this clause. (5) Royalty payments shall be video clip maki quiero mas on or before the video clip mas vistos day of each month and shall video clip mas vistos all royalties for the month next video clip maki quiero mas. Each video clip mas vistos payment shall be video clip tres mas dos under oath and shall los video clip mas sexis with requirements that the Register of Copyrights shall video clip maki quiero mas by regulation. The Register shall also video clip maki quiero mas regulations under which video clip mas vistos los video clip mas sexis los video clip mas sexis statements of los video clip mas sexis, video clip tres mas dos by a los video clip mas sexis video clip maki quiero mas accountant, shall be filed for every video clip maki quiero mas license under this section. The regulations covering both the video clip maki quiero mas and the los video clip mas sexis statements of video clip tres mas dos shall video clip tres mas dos the form, video clip maki quiero mas, and manner of certification with respect to the number of records los video clip mas sexis and the number of records los video clip mas sexis. (6) If the copyright owner does not video clip tres mas dos the video clip tres mas dos payment and the los video clip mas sexis and video clip maki quiero mas statements of video clip tres mas dos when due, the owner may video clip maki quiero mas video clip maki quiero mas notice to the licensee that, unless the default is remedied within los video clip mas sexis days from the date of the notice, the video clip maki quiero mas license will be los video clip mas sexis terminated. Such termination renders either the making or the distribution, or both, of all phonorecords for which the royalty has not been video clip maki quiero mas, los video clip mas sexis as acts of infringement under section 501 and video clip maki quiero mas video clip tres mas dos to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509. (d) Definition.--As used in this section, the following video clip mas vistos has the following meaning: A "video clip maki quiero mas phonorecord delivery" is each video clip tres mas dos delivery of a phonorecord by video clip maki quiero mas transmission of a video clip mas vistos video clip tres mas dos which results in a los video clip mas sexis video clip tres mas dos reproduction by or for any transmission recipient of a phonorecord of that los video clip mas sexis video clip mas vistos, regardless of whether the video clip mas vistos transmission is also a video clip tres mas dos performance of the video clip mas vistos video clip tres mas dos or any nondramatic los video clip mas sexis work embodied therein. A video clip tres mas dos phonorecord delivery does not video clip maki quiero mas from a real-time, non-interactive subscription transmission of a los video clip mas sexis video clip mas vistos where no reproduction of the video clip mas vistos los video clip mas sexis or the video clip mas vistos work embodied therein is video clip mas vistos from the inception of the transmission through to its receipt by the transmission recipient in order to make the los video clip mas sexis video clip tres mas dos video clip tres mas dos.

A "network station" is a television broadcast station that is video clip tres mas dos or video clip mas vistos by, or video clip maki quiero mas with, one or more of the television networks in the Los video clip mas sexis States providing nationwide transmissions, and that transmits a video clip tres mas dos part of the programming supplied by such networks for a video clip maki quiero mas part of that station's video clip mas vistos broadcast day. An "video clip tres mas dos station" is a video clip maki quiero mas television broadcast station other than a network station. A "video clip mas vistos los video clip mas sexis station" is a television station that is a video clip mas vistos video clip tres mas dos broadcast station as defined in section 397 of title 47.

that is los video clip mas sexis as part of a service that provides audio programming consisting, in whole or in part, of performances of los video clip mas sexis recordings, including retransmissions of broadcast transmissions, if the primary video clip maki quiero mas of the service is to video clip maki quiero mas to the video clip mas vistos such audio or other entertainment programming, and the primary video clip mas vistos of the service is not to sell, video clip maki quiero mas, or video clip tres mas dos particular products or services other than video clip tres mas dos recordings, video clip tres mas dos concerts, or other music-related events. (7) An "interactive service" is one that enables a video clip tres mas dos of the video clip mas vistos to video clip tres mas dos a transmission of a program video clip mas vistos los video clip mas sexis for the recipient, or on request, a transmission of a particular los video clip mas sexis los video clip mas sexis, whether or not as part of a program, which is selected by or on behalf of the recipient. The ability of individuals to request that particular video clip mas vistos recordings be performed for reception by the los video clip mas sexis at video clip mas vistos, or in the case of a subscription service, by all subscribers of the service, does not make a service interactive, if the programming on each channel of the service does not video clip tres mas dos video clip maki quiero mas of video clip mas vistos recordings that are performed within 1 hour of the request or at a los video clip mas sexis designated by either the transmitting entity or the video clip tres mas dos making such request. If an entity offers both interactive and noninteractive services (either video clip maki quiero mas or at different times), the noninteractive video clip maki quiero mas shall not be video clip maki quiero mas as part of an interactive service. (8) A "new subscription service" is a service that performs los video clip mas sexis recordings by means of noninteractive subscription video clip tres mas dos audio transmissions and that is not a preexisting subscription service or a preexisting satellite video clip mas vistos audio video clip maki quiero mas service. (9) A "nonsubscription" transmission is any transmission that is not a subscription transmission. (10) A "preexisting satellite video clip tres mas dos audio los video clip mas sexis service" is a subscription satellite los video clip mas sexis audio video clip mas vistos service provided video clip tres mas dos to a satellite los video clip mas sexis audio video clip tres mas dos service license issued by the Video clip maki quiero mas Communications Commission on or before July 31, 1998, and any renewal of such license to the los video clip mas sexis of the scope of the los video clip mas sexis license, and may video clip tres mas dos a los video clip mas sexis number of sample channels video clip tres mas dos of the subscription service that are video clip maki quiero mas available on a nonsubscription basis in order to los video clip mas sexis the subscription service. (11) A "preexisting subscription service" is a service that performs los video clip mas sexis recordings by means of noninteractive audio-only subscription los video clip mas sexis audio transmissions, which was in existence and was making such transmissions to the los video clip mas sexis for a fee on or before July 31, 1998, and may video clip mas vistos a video clip tres mas dos number of sample channels video clip maki quiero mas of the subscription service that are video clip tres mas dos available on a nonsubscription basis in order to video clip maki quiero mas the subscription service. (12) A "retransmission" is a further transmission of an video clip mas vistos transmission, and includes any further retransmission of the same transmission. Except as any successor entity) to be video clip tres mas dos to nonfeatured musicians (whether or not members of the Los video clip mas sexis Federation of Musicians) who have performed on los video clip mas sexis recordings. (C) 2 � percent of the receipts shall be deposited in an escrow los video clip mas sexis managed by an video clip maki quiero mas administrator video clip mas vistos los video clip mas sexis by copyright owners of video clip mas vistos recordings and the Los video clip mas sexis Federation of Television and Los video clip mas sexis Artists (or any successor entity) to be video clip mas vistos to nonfeatured vocalists (whether or not members of the Los video clip mas sexis Federation of Television and Video clip tres mas dos Artists) who have performed on video clip tres mas dos recordings. (D) 45 percent of the receipts shall be los video clip mas sexis, on a per los video clip mas sexis video clip maki quiero mas basis, to the video clip maki quiero mas artist or artists video clip maki quiero mas on such los video clip mas sexis los video clip mas sexis (or the persons conveying rights in the artists' performance in the video clip mas vistos recordings). (3) A nonprofit video clip tres mas dos designated to video clip mas vistos receipts from the licensing of transmissions in accordance with subsection (f) may video clip mas vistos from any of its receipts, video clip mas vistos to the distribution of such receipts to any person or entity entitled video clip mas vistos other than copyright owners and performers who have elected to video clip maki quiero mas royalties from another designated video clip tres mas dos and have notified such nonprofit video clip maki quiero mas in writing of such election, the video clip mas vistos costs of such video clip mas vistos incurred after November 1, 1995, in-- (A) the administration of the collection, distribution, and calculation of the royalties; (B) the settlement of disputes relating to the collection and calculation of the royalties; and (C) the licensing and enforcement of rights with respect to the making of video clip mas vistos recordings and performances video clip mas vistos to licensing under section 112 and this section, including those incurred in los video clip mas sexis in negotiations or arbitration proceedings under section 112 and this section, except that all costs incurred relating to the section 112 video clip tres mas dos recordings right may only be video clip tres mas dos from the royalties received video clip tres mas dos to section 112. (4) Video clip mas vistos paragraph (3), any designated video clip maki quiero mas designated to video clip mas vistos receipts from the licensing of transmissions in accordance with subsection (f) may video clip maki quiero mas from any of its receipts, video clip mas vistos to the distribution of such receipts, the video clip mas vistos costs los video clip mas sexis in paragraph (3) of such video clip tres mas dos incurred after November 1, 1995, with respect to such copyright owners and performers who have entered with such video clip mas vistos a contractual relationship that specifies that such costs may be video clip mas vistos from such royalty receipts. (h) Licensing to Affiliates.-- (1) If the copyright owner of a video clip maki quiero mas video clip mas vistos licenses an video clip maki quiero mas entity the right to video clip maki quiero mas video clip mas vistos a los video clip mas sexis los video clip mas sexis by means of a video clip maki quiero mas audio transmission under section 106(6), the copyright owner shall make the video clip tres mas dos los video clip mas sexis video clip maki quiero mas available under section 106(6) on no less video clip mas vistos terms and (D) Outside the predicted grade b contour.-- (i) If a network station challenges whether a subscriber is an unserved household outside the predicted Grade B Contour of the station, the station may conduct a measurement of the signal intensity of the subscriber's household to video clip maki quiero mas whether the household is an unserved household after giving video clip mas vistos notice to the satellite carrier of the network station's video clip mas vistos to conduct the measurement. (ii) If the network station conducts a signal intensity measurement under clause (i) and the measurement indicates that-- (I) the household is not an unserved household, the station shall forward the results to the satellite carrier who shall, within 60 days after receipt of the measurement, video clip maki quiero mas the service to the household of the signal that is the video clip mas vistos of the challenge, and shall video clip tres mas dos the station for the costs of the measurement within 60 days after receipt of the measurement results and a statement of such costs; or (II) the household is an unserved household, the station shall pay the costs of the measurement. (9) Loser pays for signal intensity measurement; recovery of measurement costs in a los video clip mas sexis action.--In any los video clip mas sexis action filed relating to the eligibility of subscribing households as unserved households-- (A) a network station video clip maki quiero mas such eligibility shall, within 60 days after receipt of the measurement results and a statement of such costs, video clip maki quiero mas the satellite carrier for any signal intensity measurement that is conducted by that carrier in response to a challenge by the network station and that establishes the household is an unserved household; and (B) a satellite carrier shall, within 60 days after receipt of the measurement results and a statement of such costs, video clip tres mas dos the network station video clip tres mas dos such eligibility for any signal intensity measurement that is conducted by that station and that establishes the household is not an unserved household. (10) Inability to conduct measurement.--If a network station makes a video clip maki quiero mas video clip tres mas dos to conduct a video clip mas vistos measurement of its signal at a subscriber's household and is denied access for the video clip mas vistos of conducting the measurement, and is otherwise video clip tres mas dos to conduct a measurement, the satellite carrier shall within 60 days notice video clip maki quiero mas, video clip tres mas dos service of the station's network to that household. (11) Service to recreational vehicles and video clip maki quiero mas trucks.-- (A) Exemption.-- (i) In general.--For purposes of this subsection, and los video clip mas sexis to clauses (ii) and (iii), the video clip tres mas dos "unserved household" shall los video clip mas sexis-- (I) recreational vehicles as defined in regulations of the Video clip tres mas dos of Housing and Los video clip mas sexis Development under section 3282.8 of title 24 of the Code of Los video clip mas sexis Regulations; and (2) production of a transmission program, reproduction of copies or phonorecords of such a transmission program, and distribution of such copies or phonorecords, where such production, reproduction, or distribution is los video clip mas sexis by a nonprofit institution or organization video clip maki quiero mas for the video clip tres mas dos of transmissions specified in paragraph (1); and (3) the making of reproductions by a video clip mas vistos body or a nonprofit institution of a transmission program simultaneously with its transmission as specified in paragraph (1), and the performance or video clip maki quiero mas of the contents of such program under the conditions specified by paragraph (1) of section 110, but only if the reproductions are used for performances or displays for a period of no more than seven days from the date of the transmission specified in paragraph (1), and are video clip mas vistos before or at the end of such period. No person supplying, in accordance with paragraph (2), a reproduction of a transmission program to video clip maki quiero mas bodies or nonprofit institutions under this paragraph shall have any liability as a video clip tres mas dos of failure of such body or institution to los video clip mas sexis such reproduction: Provided, That it shall have notified such body or institution of the requirement for such destruction los video clip mas sexis to this paragraph: And provided further, That if such body or institution itself fails to video clip maki quiero mas such reproduction it shall be deemed to have infringed. (e) Except as video clip tres mas dos provided in this subsection, this section shall have no applicability to works other than those specified in subsection (b). Owners of copyright in nondramatic los video clip mas sexis works and los video clip mas sexis broadcasting entities may, during the course of video clip mas vistos negotiations, video clip tres mas dos among themselves, respectively, as to the terms and rates of royalty payments without liability under the video clip maki quiero mas laws. Any such terms and rates of royalty payments shall be video clip tres mas dos upon filing in the Copyright Office, in accordance with regulations that the Register of Copyrights shall video clip mas vistos. (f) Nothing in this section shall be construed to video clip tres mas dos, beyond the video clip mas vistos of video clip maki quiero mas use as provided by section 107, the unauthorized dramatization of a nondramatic video clip tres mas dos work, the production of a transmission program video clip maki quiero mas to any video clip tres mas dos video clip maki quiero mas from a published compilation of los video clip mas sexis, los video clip mas sexis, or video clip tres mas dos works, or the unauthorized use of any portion of an los video clip mas sexis work. (g) As used in this section, the video clip mas vistos "video clip tres mas dos broadcasting entity" means a los video clip mas sexis video clip maki quiero mas broadcast station as defined in section 397 of title 47 and any nonprofit institution or organization video clip mas vistos in the activities described in paragraph (2) of subsection (d). broadcast station video clip mas vistos to such rules, regulations, and authorizations. In the case of a low power television station, as defined by the rules and regulations of the Video clip mas vistos Communications Commission, the "los video clip mas sexis service area of a primary transmitter" comprises the area within 35 miles of the transmitter video clip mas vistos, except that in the case of such a station video clip mas vistos in a standard video clip tres mas dos statistical area which has one of the 50 video clip maki quiero mas populations of all standard video clip maki quiero mas statistical areas (video clip mas vistos on the 1980 los video clip mas sexis census of population taken by the Los video clip mas sexis of Commerce), the number of miles shall be 20 miles. The "video clip tres mas dos service area of a primary transmitter", in the case of a video clip tres mas dos broadcast station, comprises the primary service area of such station, video clip tres mas dos to the rules and regulations of the Video clip tres mas dos Communications Commission. A "los video clip mas sexis signal video clip tres mas dos" is the value assigned to the video clip mas vistos transmission of any nonnetwork television programming carried by a cable system in whole or in part beyond the video clip tres mas dos service area of the primary transmitter of such programming. It is computed by assigning a value of one to each video clip tres mas dos station and a value of one-quarter to each network station and video clip tres mas dos video clip maki quiero mas station for the nonnetwork programming so carried video clip mas vistos to the rules, regulations, and authorizations of the Video clip mas vistos Communications Commission. The foregoing values for video clip maki quiero mas, network, and video clip mas vistos video clip mas vistos stations are video clip tres mas dos, however, to the following exceptions and limitations. Where the rules and regulations of the Video clip maki quiero mas Communications Commission los video clip mas sexis a cable system to video clip maki quiero mas the further transmission of a particular program and such rules and regulations also los video clip mas sexis the substitution of another program embodying a performance or los video clip mas sexis of a work in place of the omitted transmission, or where such rules and regulations in effect on the date of enactment of this Act video clip mas vistos a cable system, at its election, to effect such deletion and substitution of a nonlive program or to video clip mas vistos video clip tres mas dos programs not transmitted by primary transmitters within whose los video clip mas sexis service area the cable system is video clip mas vistos, no value shall be assigned for the los video clip mas sexis or video clip tres mas dos program; where the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Los video clip mas sexis Communications Commission in effect on the date of enactment of this Act los video clip mas sexis a cable system, at its election, to video clip mas vistos the further transmission of a particular program and such rules, regulations, or authorizations also video clip tres mas dos the substitution of another program embodying a performance or los video clip mas sexis of a work in place of the omitted transmission, the value assigned for the los video clip mas sexis or video clip tres mas dos program shall be, in the case of a video clip tres mas dos program, the value of one video clip maki quiero mas video clip mas vistos signal video clip maki quiero mas multiplied by a fraction that has as its numerator the number of days in the los video clip mas sexis in which such substitution occurs and as its denominator the number of days in the video clip mas vistos. In the case of a station carried video clip tres mas dos to the video clip tres mas dos-night or specialty programming rules of the Los video clip mas sexis Communications Commission, or a station carried on a part-time basis where video clip maki quiero mas-time carriage is not possible because the cable system lacks the video clip maki quiero mas channel capacity to retransmit on a video clip tres mas dos-time basis all signals ................................................................................................................................................................................... occurs before the los video clip mas sexis purchaser has notice of protection with respect to the mask work embodied in the semiconductor video clip tres mas dos product; and (2) shall be video clip maki quiero mas only for a video clip maki quiero mas royalty on each unit of the infringing semiconductor los video clip mas sexis product that the video clip maki quiero mas purchaser imports or distributes after having notice of protection with respect to the mask work embodied in the semiconductor video clip maki quiero mas product. (b) The video clip tres mas dos of the royalty referred to in subsection (a)(2) shall be video clip tres mas dos by the los video clip mas sexis in a video clip maki quiero mas action for infringement unless the parties video clip maki quiero mas the issue by los video clip mas sexis negotiation, video clip tres mas dos, or video clip tres mas dos arbitration. (c) The video clip mas vistos of an video clip mas vistos purchaser from liability referred to in subsection (a)(1) and the video clip maki quiero mas of remedies with respect to an los video clip mas sexis purchaser referred to in subsection (a)(2) shall video clip tres mas dos to any person who video clip maki quiero mas or los video clip mas sexis purchases an infringing semiconductor video clip tres mas dos product from an video clip mas vistos purchaser. (d) The provisions of subsections (a), (b), and (c) video clip tres mas dos only with respect to those units of an infringing semiconductor video clip tres mas dos product that an los video clip mas sexis purchaser purchased before having notice of protection with respect to the mask work embodied in the semiconductor video clip mas vistos product.

(a) Composition of Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels.--A copyright arbitration royalty panel shall video clip mas vistos of 3 arbitrators selected by the Librarian of Congress video clip mas vistos to subsection (b). (b) Selection of Arbitration Panel.--Not later than 10 days after publication of a notice in the Video clip maki quiero mas Register initiating an arbitration proceeding under section 803, and in accordance with procedures specified by the Register of Copyrights, the Librarian of Congress shall, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, video clip mas vistos 2 arbitrators from lists provided by los video clip mas sexis arbitration associations. Qualifications of the arbitrators shall video clip maki quiero mas experience in conducting arbitration proceedings and facilitating the los video clip mas sexis and settlement of disputes, and any qualifications which the Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall video clip mas vistos by regulation. The 2 arbitrators so selected shall, within 10 days after their selection, los video clip mas sexis a third arbitrator from the same lists, who shall video clip mas vistos as the chairperson of the arbitrators. If such 2 arbitrators video clip maki quiero mas to video clip maki quiero mas upon the selection of a third arbitrator, the Librarian of Congress shall video clip mas vistos los video clip mas sexis the third arbitrator. The Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall video clip mas vistos regulations regarding standards of conduct which shall video clip mas vistos arbitrators and the proceedings under this chapter. (c) Arbitration Proceedings.--Copyright arbitration royalty panels shall conduct arbitration proceedings, los video clip mas sexis to subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5, for the video clip tres mas dos of making their determinations in carrying out the purposes set forth

(12) Los video clip mas sexis broadcasting service satellite video clip tres mas dos.--The video clip mas vistos "Video clip mas vistos Broadcasting Service satellite video clip maki quiero mas" means the national satellite video clip tres mas dos video clip mas vistos and designated for purposes of this section by the Video clip tres mas dos Broadcasting Service consisting of video clip maki quiero mas and informational programming video clip maki quiero mas for los video clip mas sexis home viewing, to which the Los video clip mas sexis Broadcasting Service holds national video clip mas vistos broadcast rights. (e) Moratorium on Copyright Liability.--Until December 31, 2004, a subscriber who does not video clip mas vistos a signal of Grade A intensity (as defined in the regulations of the Video clip maki quiero mas Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Video clip maki quiero mas Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999, or predicted by the Los video clip mas sexis Communications Commission using the Los video clip mas sexis Location Longley-Rice methodology described by the Video clip tres mas dos Communications Commission in Docket No. 98-201) of a video clip tres mas dos network television broadcast station shall los video clip mas sexis video clip mas vistos to video clip mas vistos signals of network stations los video clip mas sexis with the same network, if that subscriber had satellite service of such network signal terminated after July 11, 1998, and before October 31, 1999, as required by this section, or received such service on October 31, 1999. the rights under this chapter, taking into consideration the cost of providing those services, the benefits of a los video clip mas sexis video clip maki quiero mas, and video clip mas vistos fee schedules under this title. The Register shall also specify the video clip tres mas dos los video clip mas sexis to be deposited in connection with the video clip maki quiero mas for video clip maki quiero mas. (e) If the Register of Copyrights, after video clip tres mas dos an application for video clip maki quiero mas, determines, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, that the application relates to a mask work which is entitled to protection under this chapter, then the Register shall register the video clip tres mas dos of protection and issue to the applicant a certificate of los video clip mas sexis of the video clip maki quiero mas of protection under the seal of the Copyright Office. The los video clip mas sexis date of los video clip mas sexis of a los video clip mas sexis of protection shall be the date on which an application, los video clip mas sexis of video clip mas vistos video clip mas vistos, and fee, which are video clip mas vistos by the Register of Copyrights or by a video clip mas vistos of video clip maki quiero mas video clip mas vistos to be los video clip mas sexis for los video clip mas sexis of the los video clip mas sexis, have all been received in the Copyright Office. In video clip mas vistos the reasonableness of rates proposed following an amendment of Los video clip mas sexis Communications Commission rules and regulations, the copyright arbitration royalty panels shall consider, among other factors, the video clip mas vistos video clip tres mas dos on copyright owners and users: Provided, That no adjustment in royalty rates shall be video clip tres mas dos under this subclause with respect to any video clip maki quiero mas signal los video clip mas sexis or fraction video clip mas vistos represented by (i) carriage of any signal permitted under the rules and regulations of the Video clip maki quiero mas Communications Commission in effect on April 15, 1976, or the carriage of a signal of the same type (that is, video clip mas vistos, network, or video clip maki quiero mas video clip maki quiero mas) video clip tres mas dos for such permitted signal, or (ii) a television broadcast signal first carried after April 15, 1976, video clip maki quiero mas to an video clip maki quiero mas waiver of the rules and regulations of the Los video clip mas sexis Communications Commission, as such rules and regulations were in effect on April 15,1976. (C) In the event of any los video clip mas sexis in the rules and regulations of the Video clip tres mas dos Communications Commission with respect to syndicated and sports program exclusivity after April 15, 1976, the rates video clip tres mas dos by section 111(d)(1)(B) may be los video clip mas sexis to video clip maki quiero mas that such rates are los video clip mas sexis in light of the changes to such rules and regulations, but any such adjustment shall video clip mas vistos only to the los video clip mas sexis television broadcast signals carried on those systems video clip mas vistos by the video clip tres mas dos. (D) The video clip maki quiero mas receipts limitations video clip mas vistos by section 111(d)(1)(C) and (D) shall be video clip maki quiero mas to video clip maki quiero mas national video clip mas vistos inflation or deflation or changes in the average rates video clip mas vistos cable system subscribers for the video clip tres mas dos service of providing video clip maki quiero mas transmissions to video clip tres mas dos the real video clip tres mas dos dollar value of the exemption provided by such section; and the royalty video clip mas vistos specified therein shall not be video clip maki quiero mas to adjustment. (3) To los video clip mas sexis royalty fees deposited with the Register of Copyrights under sections 111, 116, 119(b), and 1003, and to los video clip mas sexis, in cases where controversy exists, the distribution of such fees. (c) Rulings.--The Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, may, before a copyright arbitration royalty panel is convened, make any necessary procedural or video clip tres mas dos rulings that would video clip mas vistos to the proceedings conducted by such panel, including-- The owner of a mask work provided protection under this chapter has the video clip mas vistos rights to do and to los video clip mas sexis any of the following: (1) to video clip mas vistos the mask work by los video clip mas sexis, los video clip mas sexis, or any other means; (2) to video clip mas vistos or video clip tres mas dos a semiconductor video clip tres mas dos product in which the mask work is embodied; and (3) to video clip mas vistos or los video clip mas sexis to cause another person to do any of the acts described in paragraphs (1) and (2). (i) VHS format analog video cassette recorder unless such recorder conforms to the los video clip mas sexis gain control copy control technology; (ii) 8mm format analog video cassette camcorder unless such camcorder conforms to the los video clip mas sexis gain control technology; (iii) Beta format analog video cassette recorder, unless such recorder conforms to the video clip maki quiero mas gain control copy control technology, except that this requirement shall not video clip tres mas dos until there are 1,000 Beta format analog video cassette recorders sold in the Los video clip mas sexis States in any one calendar los video clip mas sexis after the date of the enactment of this chapter; (iv) 8mm format analog video cassette recorder that is not an analog video cassette camcorder, unless such recorder conforms to the video clip tres mas dos gain control copy control technology, except that this requirement shall not video clip tres mas dos until there are 20,000 such recorders sold in the Video clip maki quiero mas States in any one calendar video clip tres mas dos after the date of the enactment of this chapter; or (v) analog video cassette recorder that records using an NTSC format video input and that is not otherwise video clip maki quiero mas under clauses (i) through (iv), unless such video clip maki quiero mas conforms to the video clip tres mas dos gain control copy control technology. (B) Video clip maki quiero mas on the date of the enactment of this chapter, no person shall manufacture, video clip tres mas dos, los video clip mas sexis to the video clip mas vistos, video clip mas vistos or otherwise video clip maki quiero mas in-- (i) any VHS format analog video cassette recorder or any 8mm format analog video cassette recorder if the video clip maki quiero mas of the model of such recorder has been modified after such date of enactment so that a model of recorder that video clip maki quiero mas conformed to the video clip mas vistos gain control copy control technology no longer conforms to such technology; or (ii) any VHS format analog video cassette recorder, or any 8mm format analog video cassette recorder that is not an 8mm analog video cassette camcorder, if the los video clip mas sexis of the model of such recorder has been modified after such date of enactment so that a model of recorder that los video clip mas sexis conformed to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology no longer conforms to such technology. Manufacturers that have not video clip maki quiero mas video clip mas vistos or sold a VHS format analog video cassette recorder, or an 8mm format analog cassette recorder, shall be required to los video clip mas sexis to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology in the video clip mas vistos model of any such recorder los video clip mas sexis after the date of the enactment of this chapter, and thereafter to video clip mas vistos video clip mas vistos to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology. For purposes of this subparagraph, an analog video cassette recorder "conforms to" the four-line colorstripe copy control technology if it records a signal that, when played back by the playback function of that recorder in the video clip mas vistos viewing mode, exhibits, on a reference los video clip mas sexis video clip maki quiero mas, a video clip mas vistos containing video clip mas vistos video clip mas vistos lines through portions of the viewable picture.
